1. Slice avocado in half, remove pit and scoop out into a small bowl.
  2. Roughly mash the avocado with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toast the bread until golden brown and spread a quarter of the avocado on each slice.
  4. Garnish with red pepper flakes and top with bacon. Serve immediately.
  5. Optional: top with a fried egg.
