- Mix together cream cheese, sour cream and mayo. Put into the crock pot.
- Finely dice pre-cooked bacon and put into crock pot.
- Drain corn and put onto a paper towel to drain excess water.
- Add corn, green chilies, 1 Tablespoon green onion, cheese, lime juice, bacon salt, and cayenne pepper, mix well.
- Bake on low for 2-3 hours.
- Top with extra green onion and extra crumbled cooked bacon.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or crispy bacon strips
