Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Cut the French bread into two equal sized pieces. Then cut those pieces in half lengthwise forming 4 total pieces.
  3. Place the bread crust side down on a large baking sheet. Place in oven for about 5 minutes until bread just begins to toast.
  4. Remove bread from oven and spread 1-2 Tbsp. of Dijon mustard on each piece. Top with cheese, ham and bacon.
  5. Place back in oven for 10 – 12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Top with pickles and cilantro. Serve.
