Directions
- In a greased baking dish, arrange slices of bread laying down and slightly overlapping.
- In a large bowl, add eggs, half and half, maple syrup and cinnamon and whisk until fully combined.
- Pour egg mixture over the bread, cover the baking dish and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Add bacon to the top of the bread and bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown and the egg is set.
- Serve warm topped with maple syrup.
