Directions
  1. In a greased baking dish, arrange slices of bread laying down and slightly overlapping.
  2. In a large bowl, add eggs, half and half, maple syrup and cinnamon and whisk until fully combined.
  3. Pour egg mixture over the bread, cover the baking dish and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F. Add bacon to the top of the bread and bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown and the egg is set.
  5. Serve warm topped with maple syrup.
