Directions
  1. Using a potato peeler or mandolin, shave the ham into thin small slices.
  2. Cut the melons and scrape out the seeds. Use a melon baller to scoop out the fruit into small rounds.
  3. Place the shaved ham, melon, and mozzarella pearls on a plate. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with fresh basil.
  4. Serve immediately.
