Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice each croissant in half and spread 1 tablespoon of Dijon inside of each. Assemble sandwiches by topping with ham slices, 2 eggs, and a piece of cheese.
- Wrap each sandwich in foil individually and place directly on top rack in oven.
- Cook for 20 minutes and serve warm.
