Directions
  1. In a large bowl, add ham, cabbage, mandarin oranges, crushed ramen noodles, carrots, green onions, sliced almonds and toss until combined.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
