Directions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp. olive oil and hot dog slices. Cook for about 5 minutes or until hot dogs are brown on both sides.
  2. Remove hot dogs from pan and set aside. Add another tbsp. of olive oil to the pan and mix in garlic, onion, peppers, potatoes, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once potatoes are tender, add hot dogs back to the pan, stir together and warm through.
  4. Serve with a fried egg and garnish with green onion.
