Directions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil. Once heated, add the garlic, onion, and peppers. Allow to cook for 15 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the sliced hot dogs to the pan and allow to brown for about 5 minutes.
  3. Once brown, add the rice and mix to combine. Heat through for an additional 5 minutes. Serve.
