1. Combine peanut butter and honey in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds, until the peanut butter is fully melted.
  2. Fold in the oats until evenly coated. Mix in the chocolate chips and bacon until combined.
  3. Place the mixture in a parchment lined pan, spread evenly, and flatten the top.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, or until firm.
  5. Cut into bars and serve or store in an airtight container.
