1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. To assemble, spread a light layer of pizza sauce onto each wrapper and top with pepperoni and half of a cheese stick diagonally on the middle of the wrapper.
  3. Brush water around the edges and fold the bottom corner up, both sides in, and roll to the top corner to seal.
  4. Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the rolls are crispy and golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
