- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- To assemble, spread a light layer of pizza sauce onto each wrapper and top with pepperoni and half of a cheese stick diagonally on the middle of the wrapper.
- Brush water around the edges and fold the bottom corner up, both sides in, and roll to the top corner to seal.
- Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the rolls are crispy and golden brown.
- Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
