Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pepper and mix to combine.
  3. Add in butter and mix until mixture resembles a coarse meal.
  4. Add bacon, cheese and green onion and toss to evenly distribute.
  5. Stir in sweet potato and milk and stir until just combined and a solid dough forms.
  6. Using a two-tablespoon scoop, drop biscuits onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve.
