Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pepper and mix to combine.
- Add in butter and mix until mixture resembles a coarse meal.
- Add bacon, cheese and green onion and toss to evenly distribute.
- Stir in sweet potato and milk and stir until just combined and a solid dough forms.
- Using a two-tablespoon scoop, drop biscuits onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve.
