Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Lay puff pastry out onto a parchment lined baking sheet and cut into eight equal pieces.
  3. On each square, place 3 pieces of asparagus, ham, and cheese and fold opposite sides in pinching to close. Repeat 7 more times.
  4. Brush each pastry with egg white and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
