- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut the top rind off the brie and place in baking dish.
- Spread the jam on top of the brie and sprinkle with pecans and bacon.
- Place in the oven and bake for 25-35 minutes or until the brie is melted.
- Assemble the charcuterie board with cheese, salami, pepperoni, crackers, dried fruit and nuts. Serve with the warm brie.
