1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the top rind off the brie and place in baking dish.
  3. Spread the jam on top of the brie and sprinkle with pecans and bacon.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 25-35 minutes or until the brie is melted.
  5. Assemble the charcuterie board with cheese, salami, pepperoni, crackers, dried fruit and nuts. Serve with the warm brie.
