
Directions
- Slice bread into 10-12 slices. Slice fresh mozzarella into 10-12 slices.
- Place 2 slices of fresh mozzarella onto one side of bread. Top with desired fresh herbs, roasted red peppers, salami, and a dash of balsamic vinegar.
- Place other slice of bread on top.
- Place sandwich into a heated skillet and toast until bread is crispy and golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve.
