Ingredients
- 8 oz. Sugardale Ham, diced
- 2 lb. frozen peas, thawed
- 6 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed
- ½ medium red onion, sliced
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp. mayo
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl add sour cream, mayo, vinegar and salt and pepper and whisk together until fully combined.
- In a large bowl add diced ham, peas, cheese cubes, and red onion.
- Pour sour cream mixture into the large bowl and toss everything together until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
