Effective Date 7/1/2024Sugardale Privacy Policy

Thank you for visiting the Sugardale website https://www.sugardale.com/ (“Site”).   Sugardale (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects the privacy of website visitors.  In order to provide the highest quality service, it is often necessary to collect certain information, so that the customer's needs may be met. This Privacy Policy tells you how we collect, use and disclose information we collect effective as of the date posted above.  By using the Site and submitting information you agree that we may use and disclose your information according to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Gathering Information

We gather information about Site visitors in order to provide the highest quality service to our customers. Site visitors are not required to provide personally-identifiable information in order to view the Site or have access to its content.  Some information is collected when our visitors knowingly provide it to us when enrolling in our newsletter (email addresses) or through our Contact Us form (name, address, phone number, email address).

Our Site may offer the ability to apply for a position with our company on our Careers page.  This page is operated by our third-party staffing partner that collects information about job applicants including contact information, education and employment history, references, and job-related information; this information is shared with us for hiring decision-making.

Our Site may offer the ability to access certain areas of the Site that are not available to the general public.  This requires establishing a username and password. When a partner logs into the Broker Services area of the Site their username and password are temporarily stored on the server. This allows the user to browse through the Broker Services pages without being required to login to each individual page. Upon logging out, leaving the site, or inactivity for more than 20 minutes the temporary information is purged, and the user will be required to login again to access the area. No personally-identifiable information is kept on the Site.

We may also automatically collect information about Site visitors accessing the Site including their device’s IP address, device identification, and statistics about how they use the Site.

We may allow selected third parties to place cookies, tracking pixels and similar technologies through the Site to provide us with better insights into the use of the Site or user demographics or to provide relevant advertising to Site visitors.  These third parties may collect information about a consumer’s online activities over time and across different websites when he or she uses our website. We may also permit third party service providers to place cookies through our Site to perform analytic or marketing functions where you are notified of them and you have consented to the usage.   We do not control the use of such third party cookies or the resulting information and we are not responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties.

Except as otherwise disclosed in this Privacy Policy we do not use technology that recognizes a “do-not-track” signal from your web browser.
