- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 package Sugardale bacon
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 bag square pretzels
- 1 package melting chocolate
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with foil. Place the bacon on the foil and bake until crispy, about 15-20 minutes.
- While the bacon cooks, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place pretzels squares in an even layer, about 40 pretzels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and butter. Mix until creamy. Add the vanilla and slowly add the powdered sugar. Roll the mixture into balls and place on top of each pretzel.
- Cut the bacon into pieces the size of the pretzels. Place the bacon pieces on top of the peanut butter balls and gently press down to sandwich the peanut butter.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate.
- Dip the Bacon Buckeye Bites into the chocolate and place back onto the prepared sheet. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Serve.
