Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Turnover

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Sugardale Bacon, cooked
  • 1 sheet refrigerated puff pastry
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 1 egg white

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a medium pan over medium heat, scramble 6 eggs with salt and pepper to taste, stirring toward the center until completely set.
  2. Lay puff pastry out onto a parchment lined baking sheet and cut into six equal pieces.
  3. On each square, place 2 pieces of bacon, egg, and cheese and fold opposite sides in pinching to close. Repeat 5 more times.
  4. Brush each pastry with egg white and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
