Ingredients
- 1 lb. Sugardale Bacon, cooked
- 1 sheet refrigerated puff pastry
- 6 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cheese
- 1 egg white
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a medium pan over medium heat, scramble 6 eggs with salt and pepper to taste, stirring toward the center until completely set.
- Lay puff pastry out onto a parchment lined baking sheet and cut into six equal pieces.
- On each square, place 2 pieces of bacon, egg, and cheese and fold opposite sides in pinching to close. Repeat 5 more times.
- Brush each pastry with egg white and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
