- ½ lb. Sugardale bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 lb. frozen potato tots
- 1 cup shredded chicken
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
- Green onion for garnish
- Prepare potato tots according to packaging. Once cooked, toss together the potato tots, shredded chicken, and buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Place the mixture into an oven safe serving dish, such as cast iron. Top with cheddar cheese and bacon and broil for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted.
- Top with blue cheese crumbles and green onion. Serve immediately.
