Buffalo Bacon Tots

Ingredients

  • ½ lb. Sugardale bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 lb. frozen potato tots
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • Green onion for garnish

Directions

  1. Prepare potato tots according to packaging. Once cooked, toss together the potato tots, shredded chicken, and buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  2. Place the mixture into an oven safe serving dish, such as cast iron. Top with cheddar cheese and bacon and broil for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted.
  3. Top with blue cheese crumbles and green onion. Serve immediately.
