Fettuccine with Goat Cheese and Salami

Ingredients

  • 1 package fettuccine
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 package Suagrdale Salami, diced
  • 3 Tbsp fresh basil
  • Fresh black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
  2. Dice salami.
  3. In another pot, melt butter. Add garlic and stir until soft. Add in broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and bring back to a simmer. Add in the goat cheese and whisk until melted. Stir in salami, basil, and pepper
  4. Drain fettuccine and add it to the sauce mixture. Heat and allow pasta to absorb some of the sauce, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Serve.
