Ingredients
- 1 package fettuccine
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 4oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 package Suagrdale Salami, diced
- 3 Tbsp fresh basil
- Fresh black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
- Dice salami.
- In another pot, melt butter. Add garlic and stir until soft. Add in broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and bring back to a simmer. Add in the goat cheese and whisk until melted. Stir in salami, basil, and pepper
- Drain fettuccine and add it to the sauce mixture. Heat and allow pasta to absorb some of the sauce, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Serve.
