Ham and Bacon Breakfast Sliders

Ingredients

  • ½ lb. Sugardale Ham
  • ½ lb. Sugardale Bacon, cooked
  • 9 slider buns
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 slices pepper jack cheese
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium pan over medium heat, scramble eggs with salt and pepper to taste, stirring toward the center until completely set.
  3. Slice the rolls in half and place the bottoms into a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Assemble the sliders by layering ham, scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon and top with the top of the rolls.
  5. Combine the melted butter and maple syrup and brush on the top.
  6. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. When sliders are done, cut and serve.
