Ingredients

  • ½ lb. Sugardale Ham, sliced
  • 8 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup monterrey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • ½ medium onion, chopped
  • 2 medium jalapenos, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
  • Taco sauce

Directions

  1. Add sliced ham to a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook 3 minutes on each side or until heated through.
  2. Combine tomato, onion, jalapenos, and cilantro in a small bowl.
  3. Assemble tacos by placing ham on tortilla and topping with salsa, taco sauce and cheese. Serve.
