Ingredients
- ½ lb. Sugardale Ham, sliced
- 8 corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup monterrey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- ½ medium onion, chopped
- 2 medium jalapenos, chopped
- 2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- Taco sauce
Directions
- Add sliced ham to a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook 3 minutes on each side or until heated through.
- Combine tomato, onion, jalapenos, and cilantro in a small bowl.
- Assemble tacos by placing ham on tortilla and topping with salsa, taco sauce and cheese. Serve.
