Ingredients
- 1 lb. Sugardale Beef Hot Dogs
- 8 tortillas, hard or soft shells
- ½ medium red onion, diced
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
- 1 cup shredded taco blend cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- ½ cup sour cream
- Salsa and guacamole for serving
Directions
- Heat grill to medium to medium-high heat. When grill is heated, place hot dogs on grill. Grill to preferred doneness.
- Once hot dogs are grilled, add to tortillas. Top each hot dog with onion, tomato, cheese, lettuce and sour cream or topping of your choice. Serve immediately.
