Ingredients
- 2 oz. Sugardale Pepperoni
- 4 russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Sea salt
- 2 cups pizza sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Basil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Pierce potatoes with a fork and rub each potato with ½ tbsp. of olive oil and sea salt. Then, wrap tightly with aluminum foil and bake until tender, about 1 hour.
- Carefully unwrap potatoes, place in a baking dish and cut open. Top each potato with ½ cup pizza sauce, ½ cup mozzarella and ½ oz. pepperoni.
- Place baking dish in oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with basil and serve.
