Ingredients

  • 5 oz. Sugardale Pepperoni1 box Jumbo Pasta Shells24 oz. Ricotta Cheese2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded2 Tsp. Italian SeasoningSalt and Pepper to taste4 Cups Pizza Sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Pour the pizza sauce into the backing dish and spread evenly on the bottom.
  3. Finely chop 1/2 of the pepperoni.
  4. Mix the chopped pepperoni, ricotta cheese, 1/2 the mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  5. Fill each shell with the mixture and place in the baking dish.
  6. Cover the shells with the remaining mozzarella and pepperoni.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and starting to brown. Serve.
