- 5 oz. Sugardale Pepperoni1 box Jumbo Pasta Shells24 oz. Ricotta Cheese2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded2 Tsp. Italian SeasoningSalt and Pepper to taste4 Cups Pizza Sauce
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Pour the pizza sauce into the backing dish and spread evenly on the bottom.
- Finely chop 1/2 of the pepperoni.
- Mix the chopped pepperoni, ricotta cheese, 1/2 the mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Fill each shell with the mixture and place in the baking dish.
- Cover the shells with the remaining mozzarella and pepperoni.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and starting to brown. Serve.
