Ingredients
- ½ lb. Sugardale Salami
- 1 cup olives
- ½ lb. mozzarella pearls
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place salami slices in a standard size muffin tin, pressing down to form a cup.
- Place in the oven for 3-4 minutes until edges start to darken.
- Remove from over and fill with mozzarella, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Serve.
