Salami Antipasto Cups

Ingredients

  • ½ lb. Sugardale Salami
  • 1 cup olives
  • ½ lb. mozzarella pearls
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place salami slices in a standard size muffin tin, pressing down to form a cup.
  3. Place in the oven for 3-4 minutes until edges start to darken.
  4. Remove from over and fill with mozzarella, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Serve.
