Ingredients
- ½ cup un-popped corn kernels
- 6 strips Sugardale bacon
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp sriracha
- Salt, to taste
Directions
- Chop bacon into pieces. Place into a pot over medium heat. Be sure the pot is large enough to pop kernels later.
- Remove bacon but leave 2-3 Tbsp of drippings in the pot. Add in the kernels.
- Shake the pot constantly until kernels pop. Continue until popping lessens. Transfer to a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine honey, sriracha, and bacon pieces.
- Gently toss bacon mixture with popcorn and enjoy!
