Sriracha Honey Bacon Popcorn

Ingredients

  • ½ cup un-popped corn kernels
  • 6 strips Sugardale bacon
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp sriracha
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Chop bacon into pieces. Place into a pot over medium heat. Be sure the pot is large enough to pop kernels later.
  2. Remove bacon but leave 2-3 Tbsp of drippings in the pot. Add in the kernels.
  3. Shake the pot constantly until kernels pop. Continue until popping lessens. Transfer to a large bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, combine honey, sriracha, and bacon pieces.
  5. Gently toss bacon mixture with popcorn and enjoy!
