Ingredients
- 1 package Sugardale bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 jalapenos diced
- 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
- Salt + pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the bacon on the foil. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, garlic powder, jalapenos, 1 cup of each cheese, and salt and pepper.
- When the bacon is done cooking, chop. Add ¾ of the chopped bacon to the mixture.
- Place the dip mixture into an oven safe baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
