Baked Pears with Ham

Ingredients

  • 4 pears, halved
  • ½ cup maples syrup
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Granola
  • Sugardale Simple Carve Ham

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut pears in half. Remove the seeds. Place pears face up on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle desired amount of cinnamon.
  3. Slice ham into slices, and then into diced pieces. Place on pears.
  4. Mix maple syrup and vanilla in a small bowl. Reserve 2 Tbsp of the mixture and drizzle the rest onto the pears.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until soft and lightly brown on the edges. Remove and drizzle with the remaining syrup mixture. If desired, top with granola. Serve immediately.
