- 4 pears, halved
- ½ cup maples syrup
- Cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Granola
- Sugardale Simple Carve Ham
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut pears in half. Remove the seeds. Place pears face up on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle desired amount of cinnamon.
- Slice ham into slices, and then into diced pieces. Place on pears.
- Mix maple syrup and vanilla in a small bowl. Reserve 2 Tbsp of the mixture and drizzle the rest onto the pears.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until soft and lightly brown on the edges. Remove and drizzle with the remaining syrup mixture. If desired, top with granola. Serve immediately.
