Ingredients

  • 1 Package Sugardale Pork and Beef Hot Dogs
  • 2 Cans Crescent Roll Dough
  • 1 Bottle Great Lakes Brewing Company Dortmunder Gold
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 8oz. Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ¼ Tsp. Smoked Paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Remove the hot dogs from the packaging and cut into three equal sections.
  3. Remove the crescent roll dough from the packaging and cut each triangle in half, length wise.
  4. Roll each section of hot dog in a piece of crescent roll starting at the wide end.
  5. Arrange the hot dogs into a ring in a cast iron skillet and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the dough is golden brown.
  6. For the beer cheese, add the cream cheese and beer into a small saucepan and whisk together until melted and fully combined.
  7. Add the cheeses, garlic powder, and smoked paprika and stir until the cheese is completely melted.
  8. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with shredded cheese.
