1. Place hot dogs in a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes turning frequently.
  2. Open hot dog buns and press the sides apart to flatten, spread butter on the bottom of the flat bun.
  3. Place the buns butter side down on the pan and top with ½ Cup cheese and 1 cooked hot dog each.
  4. Once the bottom of the bun is browned to your liking, fold the bun in half around the hot dog and allow the cheese to finish melting.
  5. Remove from pan and serve.
