Ingredients

  • 1 Sugardale Bone-In Ham Roast
  • 1 - 12 oz. jar orange marmalade
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Directions

  1. Prepare ham roast according to package instructions. Bake in cooking bag until internal temperature reaches 135°F.
  2. Meanwhile, combine all glaze ingredients in a small saucepan. Whisk together over low heat until combined and warmed, about 10 minutes.
  3. Glaze can be served on the side, or poured over top of roast during last 15 minutes of cook time.
