Ham Steak Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Sugardale Ham steak
  • 3 romaine hearts, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup olives
  • 1 cup goat cheese crumbles
  • Vinaigrette dressing of your choice

Directions

  1. Heat large skillet or grill to medium heat. Cook ham steaks about 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully heated.
  2. Mix romaine, cucumber, tomatoes, and olives together and divide into 4 separate bowls.
  3. Cut ham steak into ½ in strips and place on top of salads.
  4. Sprinkle with goat cheese and top with vinaigrette dressing of your choice. Serve.
