- 1 Sugardale Ham steak
- 3 romaine hearts, chopped
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 cups grape tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup olives
- 1 cup goat cheese crumbles
- Vinaigrette dressing of your choice
- Heat large skillet or grill to medium heat. Cook ham steaks about 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully heated.
- Mix romaine, cucumber, tomatoes, and olives together and divide into 4 separate bowls.
- Cut ham steak into ½ in strips and place on top of salads.
- Sprinkle with goat cheese and top with vinaigrette dressing of your choice. Serve.
