Ingredients
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh ginger root, finely grated
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring just to a boil, reduce heat, and then simmer for 1 – 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and pour into heat-safe bowl. Glaze will thicken slightly upon standing.
- Glaze your ham in the last 1/2 hour of cook time.
