1. In a large skillet, brown beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. In a saucepan, combine browned beef, with all other ingredients and mix well. Simmer over medium-low to medium heat for 20-25 minutes until thickened.
  3. Top each Sugardale hot dog with chili sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced onion.
