- Preheat grill to medium to medium high heat. When grill is heated, put hot dogs on grill.
- While hot dogs cook, mix broccoli slaw, peanut sauce, and cilantro.
- Chop peanuts.
- When hot dogs are done, place into buns. Top with broccoli slaw mixture and chopped peanuts. Serve immediately.

- When hot dogs are done, place into buns. Top with hummus and beet and carrot mixture. Serve immediately.
- Kimchi:Directions:
- Preheat grill to medium to medium high heat. When grill is heated, put hot dogs on grill.
- While hot dogs cook, mix kimchi, green onions, and sugar.
- When hot dogs are done, place into buns. Top with kimchi mixture. Serve immediately.
- Pickled:Directions:
- Preheat grill to medium to medium high heat. When grill is heated, put hot dogs on grill.
- While hot dogs cook, mix jalapenos, red onion and cilantro.
- When hot dogs are done, place cheese into buns and then hot dogs. Top with jalapenos and red onions. Serve immediately.
