Ingredients

  • Thai Style:1 bag pre-chopped broccoli slaw3 Tbsp. peanut sauce¼ cup peanuts, chopped1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped Slaw:1 container pre-made coleslaw Salsa:1 container pre-made corn salsa Kraut:1 container beet kraut½ cup shredded carrots1 container hummus Kimchi:1 container kimchi3 Tbsp. green onions, thinly sliced2 tsp. sugar Pickled:1 jar pickled jalapenos8 slices pepper jack cheese1 small red onion, thinly sliced2 tsp cilantro

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium to medium high heat. When grill is heated, put hot dogs on grill.
  2. While hot dogs cook, mix broccoli slaw, peanut sauce, and cilantro.
  3. Chop peanuts.
  4. When hot dogs are done, place into buns. Top with broccoli slaw mixture and chopped peanuts. Serve immediately.

  7. When hot dogs are done, place into buns. Top with coleslaw and serve immediately.
  8. Salsa:Directions:

  10. When hot dogs are done, place into buns. Top with salsa and serve immediately.
  11. Kraut:Directions:
  12. Preheat grill to medium to medium high heat. When grill is heated, put hot dogs on grill.
  13. While hot dogs cook, mix beet kraut and shredded carrots
  14. When hot dogs are done, place into buns. Top with hummus and beet and carrot mixture. Serve immediately.
  15. Kimchi:Directions:

  17. While hot dogs cook, mix kimchi, green onions, and sugar.
  18. When hot dogs are done, place into buns. Top with kimchi mixture. Serve immediately.
  19. Pickled:Directions:
  20. Preheat grill to medium to medium high heat. When grill is heated, put hot dogs on grill.
  21. While hot dogs cook, mix jalapenos, red onion and cilantro.
  22. When hot dogs are done, place cheese into buns and then hot dogs. Top with jalapenos and red onions. Serve immediately.
