Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 Package Sugardale bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup ricotta
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 leaves fresh basil
- Salt + pepper
Directions
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the bacon onto it. Cook the bacon for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
- While the bacon cooks, cook the pasta according to package directions.
- In a small bowl combine the ricotta, olive oil, parmesan cheese, lemon, basil, salt and pepper.
- When the pasta is done, drain. When the bacon is done, chop.
- Combine pasta, ricotta sauce, and bacon.
- Top with extra bacon and basil if desired.
- Serve.
