Maple Bacon Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Sugardale Bacon2/3 cups Maple Syrup1 1/3 cups granulated sugar1/2 cup evaporated milk2 tbsp. butter1/4 tsp salt2 cups mini marshmallows8 oz. white chocolate

Directions

  1. Line an 9x9 pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, salt and maple syrup.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved.
  4. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until a candy thermometer reads 230 degrees F.
  5. Remove from heat and add the chocolate and marshmallows and stir until smooth.
  6. Add ¾ of the chopped bacon and stir.
  7. Pour into the pan and sprinkle with the remaining bacon.
  8. Chill until firm 2-4 hours, cut, and serve.
