- 4 oz. Sugardale Pepperoni
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 16 oz. pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add to the skillet. Cook chicken 2-3 minutes each side until golden brown.
- In a baking dish, pour half of the sauce and spread over the bottom of the dish. Place chicken into the sauce and cover with the remaining sauce.
- Layer cheese, parsley and pepperoni on top and bake until chicken is fully cooked, about 15 minutes.
- Serve.
