Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugardale pepperoni, diced
  • 2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese
  • 3 cups Italian cheese blend, shredded
  • 1 - .6 oz package Italian dressing mix (like Good Seasons®)
  • 1/4 cup green olives, chopped (optional)
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  2. Place cream cheese and dressing mix in mixing bowl and beat until combined.
  3. Add shredded cheese and diced pepperoni.
  4. Form into two cheese balls or logs, wrap in waxed paper or plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  5. Immediately before serving, roll cheese in parmesan cheese.
  6. Fun Tip: For your next football party, this cheese ball can be shaped into a football shape and decorated with pepperoni!
