- 1 cup Sugardale pepperoni, diced
- 2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese
- 3 cups Italian cheese blend, shredded
- 1 - .6 oz package Italian dressing mix (like Good Seasons®)
- 1/4 cup green olives, chopped (optional)
- 2 cups Parmesan cheese
- Soften cream cheese at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- Place cream cheese and dressing mix in mixing bowl and beat until combined.
- Add shredded cheese and diced pepperoni.
- Form into two cheese balls or logs, wrap in waxed paper or plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- Immediately before serving, roll cheese in parmesan cheese.
