1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Open the can of pizza crust and press onto a medium sized baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray until a thin rectangle is formed.
  3. Wrap the string cheese in Sugardale Pepperoni. About 3-5 slices per string cheese.
  4. Lay the string cheese around the border of the dough, about 1 1/2” from the edges. Trim the string cheese if any pieces overlap.
  5. Fold the edges of the dough over the string cheese toward the center and press down to seal.
  6. Spread the pizza sauce over the crust, then top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Top with Sugardale pepperoni.
  8. Brush the edges of the crust with the olive oil before baking.
  9. Place in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or as directed on pizza dough package.
  10. Allow to cool a few minutes before slicing and serving.
