Ingredients
- 2 slices Sugardale Ready Bacon
- 1 English muffin
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp. milk
- Salt and pepper
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
Directions
- Toast the English muffin to desired doneness.
- In a small microwave safe bowl, whisk 2 eggs, milk and salt and pepper to taste.
- Microwave eggs for 45 seconds, push egg away form the sides of the bowl and microwave for 45 more seconds or until egg is fully set.
- Microwave bacon for approximately 5-10 seconds per slice to desired crispness.
- Build sandwich by layering egg, slice of cheddar cheese and bacon on English muffin. Enjoy!
