1. Toast the English muffin to desired doneness.
  2. In a small microwave safe bowl, whisk 2 eggs, milk and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Microwave eggs for 45 seconds, push egg away form the sides of the bowl and microwave for 45 more seconds or until egg is fully set.
  4. Microwave bacon for approximately 5-10 seconds per slice to desired crispness.
  5. Build sandwich by layering egg, slice of cheddar cheese and bacon on English muffin. Enjoy!
