Ingredients
- 1 Sugardale ham roast
- 1 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 - 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits
Directions
- Pack the brown sugar into a thin layer on the bottom surface of a slow cooker.
- Remove ham roast from packaging and discard plastic and bone guard. Place on top of brown sugar layer. Pour pineapple and juice over top of ham roast.
- Cook on low heat for about 2 hours, or until internal temperature of ham roast reaches 135°F. Slice and serve with pan drippings if desired.
