Slow Cooker Ham Roast with Pineapple Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Sugardale ham roast
  • 1 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 - 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits

Directions

  1. Pack the brown sugar into a thin layer on the bottom surface of a slow cooker.
  2. Remove ham roast from packaging and discard plastic and bone guard. Place on top of brown sugar layer. Pour pineapple and juice over top of ham roast.
  3. Cook on low heat for about 2 hours, or until internal temperature of ham roast reaches 135°F. Slice and serve with pan drippings if desired.
