- 1 lb. Sugardale Bacon, chopped
- ½ lb. Sugardale Ham, diced
- ½ lb. Sugardale Hot Dogs, sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 - 28 oz. cans vegetarian baked beans
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp. yellow mustard
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°. Heat a medium Dutch oven on the stove over medium heat.
- Add in chopped bacon and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the onions to the same pot and allow to cook with the bacon for another 3-5 minutes.
- Once the bacon is almost done, add in the diced ham and hot dog slices, stirring occasionally until lightly browned.
- Turn off the heat and add in the beans, brown sugar, mustard, and pepper and stir until fully combined.
- Carefully transfer the Dutch oven to the oven and bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve.
