- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 - .6 oz. pkg. Italian dressing mix (like Good Seasons®)
- 2 cups ricotta or cream cheese
- 2 cups Italian cheese blend, shredded
- 2 cups Sugardale pepperoni, diced
- 1/3 cup each of toppings, your choice: Green Peppers, Olives, Banana Peppers, etc.
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Spray a mini-muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Press a wonton wrapper down in each muffin cup to form a cup-like shape.
- Place the empty wonton cups in the oven for 5 minutes. Take them out and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta or cream cheese with the Italian Dressing mix. Blend well.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, chopped pepperoni, and your choice of toppings.
- Spoon the filling into the pre-baked wonton shells. Fill completely as filling will settle upon baking.
- Bake in the oven for an additional 8-10 minutes at 350°F until warmed through and wontons begin to brown.
