Wontony Pepperoni Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 - .6 oz. pkg. Italian dressing mix (like Good Seasons®)
  • 2 cups ricotta or cream cheese
  • 2 cups Italian cheese blend, shredded
  • 2 cups Sugardale pepperoni, diced
  • 1/3 cup each of toppings, your choice: Green Peppers, Olives, Banana Peppers, etc.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. Spray a mini-muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Press a wonton wrapper down in each muffin cup to form a cup-like shape.
  4. Place the empty wonton cups in the oven for 5 minutes. Take them out and set aside.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta or cream cheese with the Italian Dressing mix. Blend well.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheese, chopped pepperoni, and your choice of toppings.
  7. Spoon the filling into the pre-baked wonton shells. Fill completely as filling will settle upon baking.
  8. Bake in the oven for an additional 8-10 minutes at 350°F until warmed through and wontons begin to brown.
